The first duvet I received arrived
damaged. I contacted Nhalahome,
sent pictures and videos for proof.
Was told by them I didn’t need to
return the damaged one and they
would sent me another one with my
confirmation/tracking number,
I haven’t received neither one or
received a email updating me.
Nothing! And this was 6 weeks ago!
I haven’t received a refund either!
I’m Beyond Frustrated!!!!
