“The communication which Nhala provided was amazing. From the order to delivery I received notifications. I love the variety offered. Overall a good product. The downside is I never ordered or used couch covers. I bought 2, one for the loves eat and the other for the larger sofa. I wished the packaging was marked to designate the sizes. The fabric is stretchy so even the smaller size fir the sofa, nearly! The other issue is, I don't know how to use them. They're on, but I feel not correctly? They look nice, but I'll probably redo. I wish there was some kind of instruction or marking on the inside. Lastly, I feel that the covers could be priced a little lower. They're very nice, but a bit off (colorwise) from the pictures. I expected the fabric to be a bit thicker. I love the variety offered and will probably order again.”

“The material is a little cheap looking and pretty much see through once you stretch it out over your couch. One of the ties that's supposed to hold it the cover in place broke immediately which was annoying. Overall quality is only so so”

“I like the shower curtain well enough, but I had to get creative using a liner with it. Every shower curtain I’ve ever purchased had twelve eyelets for hanging. This curtain had 11?????”

“The product was of the quality that I expected. Since the product shipped directly from China, delivery took weeks. Product is okay, but I would not have ordered had I known it was coming directly from China.”

“Excellent communication regarding logistic services. Product description was slightly misleading, the definition of Rug may be culturally different. Satisfied with the product, it was a holiday gift, receiver was very happy, and so am I.”

“It did take awhile to get here . The rug is beautiful. A bit thinner than I expected but beautiful. A lot of compliments on it as company came in . Decided to buy a larger one for Christmas next year”

“Customer service was out of this world upon during the process. It was about one month late from the expected delivery date, however upon receiving the item it was exactly as described and well worth the wait. I would certainly order from this company again but it will be about a month earlier when I do lol.”
