Extremely disappointed!
When I opened the duvet there was a stain on it and miss prints all over the place on it. I was told they would sent me a replacement at no cost after sending a video of it but I still haven’t received my confirmation email with tracking number so who knows if I’m getting another. I’m keeping my fingers crossed and that it gets here within 2 weeks.
