The shower curtain came with 11 grommet holes rather than the standard 12. Hole spacing varied from 5” to 8”. I I notified the company immediately and submitted the photos of the defective item, shipping label, etc. but have yet received a refund or replacement.

Very long delivery time. It doesn't say which measurement is length or width. So instead of the shower curtain that I thought I was getting 70w x 78L. It came 78w x 70 long which not for a stand alone shower and they wouldn't refund my order. I will not do business with them again and I suggest the same for you.

Shipping took much longer than expected. I ordered a Winter outdoor welcome mat which took over a month to arrive. Shipping was done from China. The product was also flimsy and in no way could be used as an outdoor mat. I have it in my laundry room. Pretty disappointed overall.

Didn't disclose product was coming from China, took a month. The product in my opinion was over priced for the quality recieved, felt like I got ripped off and they wouldn't give me a refund. Not a good experience at all, DO NOT BUY !

The “doormat” that I ordered is sewn completely crooked on the top and right side. It is very lightweight and flimsy, and would blow away outside. For $30, I am very disappointed. I tried to contact this company through email, but I did not receive a response. I would like a refund or replacement that is not crooked.

I loved the material but it looks nothing like the ad, the ad made it look two tone soft pink but in actuality it’s more like a beige with a neon orange pink for the print :(

This is an extremely shady company. They will show you an item , you will place an order, and they will send you a facsimile of the original thing you ordered and change the description to match the thing they are sending. STAY AWAY FROM THESE HOODLUMS

Very disappointed, poor quality. Back has where a sticker was torn off , partial sticker and sticker residue remains. Not impressed, will not Oder from again.

Bad experience... ornament ordered had a round cap and loop to hang... sent was a piece of plastic.. cut out hole for cord... back and forth sent pics/emails for comparison and the feature shot.. emails which they have on file ... lots of back and forth.. now they want a video... I'm done.. they don't ship what u order. Beware! This is my first bad review.. frustration!

Delivery - took weeks to get Xmas couch cover, arrived after new year. Ordered early Dec. Order appeared to sit in IL for at least 2 weeks Product- colors not what appeared on website. Straps to hold in place tore after several days. Company- won’t order from this company again. Wish I would have looked at other reviews before ordered. Many unsatisfied customers.

I am very unsatisfied with Nhala Home. It tool 6 months to get the couch cover I ordered. First they sent me the wrong cover after 3 months. Then they did not want to refund my money. Finally, I agreed to have them re-ship another cover. The new cover took another 3 months to get to me. The stitching was poor and missing in some places, the elastic band around the back was too short and broke on the first use and the cover fit poorly as well. I would not recommend this company to anyone. Save yourself a 6 month long headache and shop somewhere else.
