Placed a basic 1-item order on Dec. 13th. It is now Dec. 28th and we have not received it. The tracking info shows it has not even passed it's mid-way point in the shipping journey. BEWARE Nhala Home... because I think maybe Nhala is code for "Nobody" as in - Nobody Home at Nhala Home. That was my attempt at humor. This business is terrible.
