I purchased a first Christmas together ornament. The only information that was asked for was the custom name for the child. Imagine my surprise when the package arrived and the ornament had 2020 on it. Customer service says I should’ve asked for 2021. That’s great, I would’ve if there was a box to fill that out. After many emails back-and-forth and their refusal to do anything about this, I’ve come to the conclusion that they must have a boatload of 2020 ornaments they are foisting on unsuspecting people who are expecting to purchase an ornament for that CURRENT year. BEWARE, poor customer service 😡
