After I placed an order, I realized that the $22 shipping that I paid for would take 3-7 MONTHS to ship so I sent I sent them an email to cancel the order right after I placed it (they dont even have a cancellation system, you have to write an email to customer support). They replied a few days later to let me know that their policy is to apply a FIFTEEN percent cancellation fee and that they NEVER issue full refunds for any cancellations. Since most of their products are about $100 or more that means they are charging at least $15 to cancel an order right after it's been placed when no work has been done on the order yet. They don't even list their cancellation fee on their product page, you have to click a very small FAQ link at the bottom of the page and then you have to scroll down a lot until you find the section on cancellations.
