“I saw a decent amount of bad reviews for this company after buying a Doomslayer nendoroid figure from them.
It certainly made me worried, but my package arrived in great condition and there are no missing parts of the figure.
One small issue I had was that I ordered the item on a Wednesday and chose the 3-5 business day shipping option, but it has only arrived next week Friday. But it's no biggy really.
My current experience with this company is perfectly fine and I got what I ordered in good condition, but I think many others may have a different experience than me.
I would rather recommend buying items from official/well known sites or the official manufacturers of the product if you don't want to risk the possibility of getting scammed.
But for me this was a 9.5/10 experience :)”

“I saw the negative reviews after I pre-ordered my item. I was a little worried. I them noticed that other retailers were shipping the same item about a week earlier. I contacted Nin Nin Game through their ticket system just for more info on when my item was going to ship. I still was a bit worried. They got back to me in a couple of hours and stated it would ship in about 2 days, and it did. No issues with product, and they were very polite with their communications with me. I believe this is a very small business with not a lot of staff so it may take a tiny bit longer for your items to ship. So far, I can't say anything negative about them and my experience was great with them. I have another pre-order with them that ships in a few weeks. Hopefully it goes as smooth as my first transaction. Great site to order from. 😀”
“My son ordered a figurine from this company and it came broken. This was for his birthday. When he reached out to the company. They said they have nothing to do with it and blamed it on manufacturer and delivery service instead. One advice if you can’t stand behind the product you sell them you should be in retail. This is 21 century guys. Grow up”
“My orders were created on 11 Aug 2021, so it should have been shipped after end of the month, but after a month, the status was still "Preparation in Progress".
When quizzed them about why the delay, their reply was "By default, ALL items released from the 1st to the 30th/31st of that month will be consolidated as a big shipment. Your final shipping invoice will be sent to you after the month has ended! We have several thousand orders and invoice to ship so we are doing our best to provide your invoice asap. "
But that is absolute lame excuse and i believe for the fact it's actually they are drop shipping from other companies and hence the delays.
When i request them to give me a date when they will ship, they did not bother to reply.”

Avoid, I repeat AVOID this online scammer. I don’t usually write a review, and this is probably the first. I had placed my order on 18 of Nov 20 under their my private warehouse service. Usually when you placed your order at Nin Nin under my private warehouse service, they will emailed your shipping invoice month later. I emailed them on 19th Dec to request a shipping invoice and they promised to email me weeks onwards. I got nothing until 6th Jan 21. I had make payment immediately once I received the shipping invoice and I choose DHL/Fedex as my courier service since they usually shipped within 3 working days upon received payment. Here I am again, my payment were accepted and to this day (17th Jan 2021) I got nothing. If this experience does not convince you , then by all means go ahead and let them scammed your hard earned money. You been warned.”

Please listen to the recent reviews, as well as the posts on Reddit. Nin Nin Game are not an honest business, and in the event that anything doesn't go to plan you will likely not be looked after. Rather, your time will be wasted and you'll wish you didn't bother with them to begin with.
Here's my story. I placed an order for a Kotobukiya HMM Zoids model kit on Nov 29. The item was listed as in stock on their store. I paid for Fedex/DHL shipping and the total cost on the invoice was ¥13,096, which included a ¥5,000 shipping cost. The order was paid for in full and immediately confirmed/finalised. Nin Nin Game did not ship my order within the 2-4 business day period they advertise on their website, and after waiting over a week I contacted them to ask when it would ship. They replied assuring me that my order would ship the next day as a matter of priority.
2 days passed and I had not received any shipping/tracking info. I did however receive an email telling me they could not ship my order because of COVID restrictions with Japan Post. I replied and reminded them that I had already paid for DHL/Fedex, not Japan Post. They replied stating the previous email was a mistake and that they would ship my order soon...
Later the same day, I got another email from them asking me to pay an additional ¥2,700 ($35 AUD) in shipping fees because they had the wrong measurements for the item. Naturally, at this point I was furious because not only had I been stuffed around for nearly 2 weeks, but they were asking me to pay them more money to cover their own mistakes.
They claim that the item was not actually in stock, but on pre-order when I purchased, and that was why they had the wrong measurements. Apparently they only received it a day or two ago. However their website very clearly had the item listed as in stock and there was nothing in the listing about it being a pre-order or anything. It's their responsibility as a business to provide accurate prices and stock levels on their website. No matter how you look at it, it's both morally and legally wrong to sell something to someone at an agreed price and ask for more money later.
Even in their own Terms and Conditions it reads under under section 2 - Contract and Orders - 2-1 Prices: "Only the price specified in the invoice may be considered as final. Invoice prices include price of the products, handling/packaging fees, storage, and delivery costs."
The amount on the invoice, which according to their own T&Cs is "final", is ¥13,096. The exact amount I paid. So unless I missed something, Nin Nin Game appear to be breaching their own T&Cs here.
I challenged Nin Nin Game on their request for additional payment stating everything mentioned above, but they still would not do the right thing and honor the price on the invoice. Most good businesses would deal with their own mistakes internally rather than trying to push the cost onto the paying customer. To stuff someone around like this and expect more money from them is ridiculous.
Now I just hope that the refund process isn't as frustrating as the buying process... Because that's probably going to be the next step. I will update this review with the outcome as it happens.
But for now, AVOID. Nin Nin Game are dishonest, do not care about their customers and have no problem wasting your time. Try Plaza Japan instead.”
“Terrible customer service! I ordered several items with reluctance since I haven't ordered from this website before 2020.
I recently purchased two figures that were supposed to be released in October. I paid for the figures, including shipping, even though I was told the items were not going to be delayed. They wouldn't let me adjust the purchase just in case if a figure got delayed. The manufacturers website was stating the figure was going to be delayed.
So once October came one figure was delayed. I was told, through previous messages, my other figure would still ship. A week into November, when I asked to ship the other figure I was told that they are going to wait for the other item to be released to ship. So now I have to wait til January/ February for my figures.
If you have to order multiple items from this website i recommend you order them separately. Otherwise I recommend you purchase things from Amiami even if it's a little cheaper.”
