NEVER received my item, NEVER got my money back, and they even DELETED my account! Everyone, be cautious to avoid getting scammed! Worst customer service ever!

Please avoid their prices are high, customer service not helpful and there is 0 refund/cancellation/return/exchange system set up it feels like a scam

Ordered from this disgusting place and regretted it. For 4 months I was waiting for some news about the order, as a result I received a requirement to pay extra for a new delivery method, since the old one is no longer supported by them. And I've been waiting for this for 4 months. They do not want to return the money in full and send the order without additional payment either. The most disgusting place to shop I have ever seen.

My son ordered a figurine from this company and it came broken. This was for his birthday. When he reached out to the company. They said they have nothing to do with it and blamed it on manufacturer and delivery service instead. One advice if you can’t stand behind the product you sell them you should be in retail. This is 21 century guys. Grow up

My orders were created on 11 Aug 2021, so it should have been shipped after end of the month, but after a month, the status was still "Preparation in Progress". When quizzed them about why the delay, their reply was "By default, ALL items released from the 1st to the 30th/31st of that month will be consolidated as a big shipment. Your final shipping invoice will be sent to you after the month has ended! We have several thousand orders and invoice to ship so we are doing our best to provide your invoice asap. " But that is absolute lame excuse and i believe for the fact it's actually they are drop shipping from other companies and hence the delays. When i request them to give me a date when they will ship, they did not bother to reply.

very rude staff. I paid for fast shipping and after 10 days they shipped. I asked several times before it was sent to cancel the order, they didn't and they always ignored the tickets I made. Don't buy, they're not serious

SCAM ALERT !! Avoid, I repeat AVOID this online scammer. I don’t usually write a review, and this is probably the first. I had placed my order on 18 of Nov 20 under their my private warehouse service. Usually when you placed your order at Nin Nin under my private warehouse service, they will emailed your shipping invoice month later. I emailed them on 19th Dec to request a shipping invoice and they promised to email me weeks onwards. I got nothing until 6th Jan 21. I had make payment immediately once I received the shipping invoice and I choose DHL/Fedex as my courier service since they usually shipped within 3 working days upon received payment. Here I am again, my payment were accepted and to this day (17th Jan 2021) I got nothing. If this experience does not convince you , then by all means go ahead and let them scammed your hard earned money. You been warned.

Dishonest business. Time wasters. Don't honor their own prices. Avoid. I've only made one purchase with Nin Nin Game, but I won't make that mistake again... Please listen to the recent reviews, as well as the posts on Reddit. Nin Nin Game are not an honest business, and in the event that anything doesn't go to plan you will likely not be looked after. Rather, your time will be wasted and you'll wish you didn't bother with them to begin with. Here's my story. I placed an order for a Kotobukiya HMM Zoids model kit on Nov 29. The item was listed as in stock on their store. I paid for Fedex/DHL shipping and the total cost on the invoice was ¥13,096, which included a ¥5,000 shipping cost. The order was paid for in full and immediately confirmed/finalised. Nin Nin Game did not ship my order within the 2-4 business day period they advertise on their website, and after waiting over a week I contacted them to ask when it would ship. They replied assuring me that my order would ship the next day as a matter of priority. 2 days passed and I had not received any shipping/tracking info. I did however receive an email telling me they could not ship my order because of COVID restrictions with Japan Post. I replied and reminded them that I had already paid for DHL/Fedex, not Japan Post. They replied stating the previous email was a mistake and that they would ship my order soon... Later the same day, I got another email from them asking me to pay an additional ¥2,700 ($35 AUD) in shipping fees because they had the wrong measurements for the item. Naturally, at this point I was furious because not only had I been stuffed around for nearly 2 weeks, but they were asking me to pay them more money to cover their own mistakes. They claim that the item was not actually in stock, but on pre-order when I purchased, and that was why they had the wrong measurements. Apparently they only received it a day or two ago. However their website very clearly had the item listed as in stock and there was nothing in the listing about it being a pre-order or anything. It's their responsibility as a business to provide accurate prices and stock levels on their website. No matter how you look at it, it's both morally and legally wrong to sell something to someone at an agreed price and ask for more money later. Even in their own Terms and Conditions it reads under under section 2 - Contract and Orders - 2-1 Prices: "Only the price specified in the invoice may be considered as final. Invoice prices include price of the products, handling/packaging fees, storage, and delivery costs." The amount on the invoice, which according to their own T&Cs is "final", is ¥13,096. The exact amount I paid. So unless I missed something, Nin Nin Game appear to be breaching their own T&Cs here. I challenged Nin Nin Game on their request for additional payment stating everything mentioned above, but they still would not do the right thing and honor the price on the invoice. Most good businesses would deal with their own mistakes internally rather than trying to push the cost onto the paying customer. To stuff someone around like this and expect more money from them is ridiculous. Now I just hope that the refund process isn't as frustrating as the buying process... Because that's probably going to be the next step. I will update this review with the outcome as it happens. But for now, AVOID. Nin Nin Game are dishonest, do not care about their customers and have no problem wasting your time. Try Plaza Japan instead.

CAREFUL OF THESE SCAMMERS THEY DONT CANCEL PREORDERS AND STEAL YOUR MONEY EVEN WHEN ITS AGAINST THE LAW 2Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations your right to cancel an order starts the moment you place it and doesn't end until 14 days have passed from the day your goods were delivered to you, your nominated neighbour or your dedicated safe place."

Be mindful when ordering from Nin-Nin-Game.com. I preordered the SH Figuarts The Mandalorian Beskar Armor and paid $20 for expedited shipping (3-4 days) and I still had to wait for almost 2 weeks to receive it long after they already had it in stock. After several emails to their customer service they did not give me a reason why and refused to give me a partial shipping refund.

My experience with Nin Nin Game has to be one of the *worst* I've ever had shopping online. Their terms & conditions have been written in an attempt to directly infringe upon consumer rights and their customer services team is setup simply to make you go away: 1.) DO NOT put any card details into a pre-order! I assumed that like most places, putting my card details in ahead of time would mean it's all ready to be charged once shipped. Instead they took *full payment* five months in advance. "Oops" I thought, I've made a mistake, so contacted them to cancel my order, and get a refund. 2.) This is where they started LYING to me! Initially they just flat out refused to let me cancel *at all*, citing their terms and conditions of a different part of their website - all written to be as consumer unfriendly as possible. 3.) After I informed them of the consumer rights protecting my right to cancel, they eventually agreed to cancel my order. *BUT* they would hold my money hostage/steal it - only offering me some store credit. Again, a direct violation of my consumer rights. So, the end result is that I've had to issue a chargeback from my bank, and (since they have offices in France) opened a dispute resolution through a European commission. They have shrugged these things off, and don't care... the reason? They seem to get this *ALL THE TIME* judging by a quick Google search, and also other people I now know have gone through the exact same process I have - going through their bank to reclaim money. Now, some of the reviews below I'm sure are genuine, as unless you have a problem with this company you'd never know how *AWFUL* their customer service really is. I would STRONGLY ADVISE against using this company though. You have been warned.
