I booked through you only to find out I had no hotel and no room. It was my own fault as I had placed 2 reservations by mistake and ended up cancelling the wrong one. This was through no fault of you but the hotel we booked from you was very rude and unhelpful. They sent us out running around unnecessarily. So I lost not only our room and money I lost respect for the hotel.
