My order was placed on the 11th April, today as the 28th and I have yet to receive the order, no phone calls or tracking details (Order value in excess of £1k)
Spoken to the office, who claimed delivery was attempted on a couple of occassions, if they did they did not contact me prior and did not leave any notice in the letter box, still waiting on a single phone call. Certainly far from impressed and very unlikely to use again (this was a trial purchase ahead of larger orders)
