I have never received the item. I have contact them after a week and was told they have had problems with their courier. I was not informed and had to chase to find this information. I have been told it's been resent and I'm now waiting. It was only the postage on the sample pack but still. It's something I've been waiting on to place the main order. I'm not sure I would place a big order with them based on this.
