Your product is good at price point very competitive. Your customer focus needs addressing. I rang to speak to your sales team. A rather uninterested Male voice answered, took my details and told me noone was available but would pass my details on. Noone rang back that day or the next. I rang again and spoke to a female sales person. They stated they'd check a dispatch matter and call me back. They didn't. I rang again to be told this member of staff had left for the day. As a result the dispatch deadline had passed. This was a Thursday so with the bank holiday you'd not be able to dispatch an order til the following Tuesday. So, the product is good, the price is good but my experience of your service has been poor. Best regards, Anthony Smith.
