I used the kit for 9 sessions (40 minutes each session) from shade #4 to #3 now. However the whitening is not even on my teeth; they are still yellow at the edge. I finished the 1st gel after 7 sessions and started using the 2nd one. Too bad my upper teeth feel sensitive in the 9th session, and I have to stop using it now. Will be using it later. Overall this product really works.
