“I have not received an order that I placed on Nov. 30, 2024 and that was shipped Dec. 2, 2024. Tracking information does not provide any information as it is still saying the same thing as on Dec. 2, 2024 - only that the shipping information has been received. When I contact the shipper, they say they have not received the package and to contact the sender. I have emailed Novashine 3 times, submitted a contact form via the website twice, and sent a message through Facebook messenger. I have not heard from anyone.”

“I have gotten novashine for years, I have also tried other supplemental gels here and there, for example, at my tanning salon, and they absolutely do not whiten anywhere near what novashine does. Will always be a customer!”

“I love Novashine and have used it for years to whiten my teeth. However, with my recent purchase, the whitening gel went bad within a few months after my purchase. I reached out to their customer service weeks ago but have yet to receive any reply. I’ve tried several times to get into contact with them but have not received a response.”

“Hard to apply gel to the mouthpiece since both are clear. Gel not so 'sticky' Whitening effect pretty mild. Mouthpiece is uncomfortable. Hard to know how much gel to apply since it all comes out suddenly from the syringe”

“I’ve used the whitening system in the past. I absolutely love it! You can really see the results. However I wish they would change the way you apply the gel to the tray. The syringe wastes a lot of product.”

“Love the whitener but does not come with enough gel. The syringe is hard to dispense without pushing too much out initially and then you have to spread it around on the mouthpiece with your finger in order to not wate it. Mouthpiece works great.”

“This is a scam! I am literally being harassed by the carrier DHL who is asking me to pay extra $38 in customs duties and VAT.I have received 2 emails, 2 text messages, and now DHL is calling me by phone. It is unbearable. I have already paid 125.27$ including 44.28$ for delivery Novashine sent me an order confirmation email indicating 0 taxes! I want to cancel my order and get my money back. I wrote several mail Novashine didn't answer: This is a scam!”
