I have not received an order that I placed on Nov. 30, 2024 and that was shipped Dec. 2, 2024. Tracking information does not provide any information as it is still saying the same thing as on Dec. 2, 2024 - only that the shipping information has been received. When I contact the shipper, they say they have not received the package and to contact the sender. I have emailed Novashine 3 times, submitted a contact form via the website twice, and sent a message through Facebook messenger. I have not heard from anyone.

I am very unsatisfied and sadly after consistent use have seen absolutely no difference. Definitely will not be purchasing this in the future.

This is a scam! I am literally being harassed by the carrier DHL who is asking me to pay extra $38 in customs duties and VAT.I have received 2 emails, 2 text messages, and now DHL is calling me by phone. It is unbearable. I have already paid 125.27$ including 44.28$ for delivery Novashine sent me an order confirmation email indicating 0 taxes! I want to cancel my order and get my money back. I wrote several mail Novashine didn't answer: This is a scam!

The product itself is great but the fact that I purchased TWICE and both times that got my order messed ups is ridiculous! First time I ordered 2 whitening kits, and they sent me one. Second time, I ordered 3 whitening gels, and they send me 2! They don’t even have a customer service phone number to call…

The wire on the mouth piece must have a short. I am having trouble keeping the blue light on when using it. I just purchased my kit a month ago.

VERY DISAPPOINTED! I ordered a couple's teeth whitening kit for my fiance and me to use before our wedding and WE NEVER RECEIVED OUR PACKAGE. Novashine DOES NOT provide good customer service with helping to locate your lost package, replacing package, or providing refunds unless you jump through a thousand hoops. I regrettably chose Novashine over the competitor, Snow. If you'd like to be disappointed and be ripped off, please choose Novashine!

All they want is money, it may work, but at a very expensive price. They will not let you buy a retainer from them for the price they would include in the kit. If you recently had braces and you lost your retainer and don’t want to spend $200 on a new one, this is not the place to look for help. I talked to someone over the phone at my location and there was a language barrier, its like she didn’t understand what I was saying. Overall 0/10

Hi my name is Jasmeen. I placed my order more than a month ago and haven’t received it yet . I emailed you guys twice in a week & haven’t heard anything back from you. Which is really disappointing because I spent a good amount of money on your product but still don’t know where it is , I am not able to track it, you guys are not even bothering yourself to contact your customer back and help them out with their problem. Your customer service is worse, you don’t even care replying back .

My teeth are discolored from coffee. But, I only drink one cup a day. The product irritated my teeth and gums and my teeth are still the same color. I will not purchase this product again

Hey Stacey! Thank you so much for letting us know we apologize that your experience with Novashine was less than amazing! It seems the you have experienced some sensitivity while using Novashine. This can happen in about 2% of users! There are tips though if you wanted to give it another try such as using less gel, using less time, or a mix of both! Terrible and virtually zero customer service. I order back on December 10th and nothing has arrived. They will not refund your money until you return the package back to them. In other words, never cause I have no product but my credit got charged. Also, note the bad reviews they get push down immediately by good reviews intentionally. BUYERS BE AWARE DO NOT BUY!!!!
