Update - Novomins sent out a fresh order via royal mail 48hr, so it arrived a few days later. I've now had a chance to try them out. The jury's still out but I do seem to have increased energy levels and fewer hot flushes. I find the gummy's stick around my teeth so don't enjoy eating them and I find the choice to make them teddy bear shaped odd as, to a child, they would look like sweets. They do seem to be helping but my poor experience with delivery has put me off, so I am undecided as to whether I will order more. Previous review - They still haven't arrived! Can't rate what I don't have! Starring to wonder if this is a scam and no vitamins ever get sent!
