“The gummy are on a monthly subscriptions But never come out time And then get message they are out of stock.. how unprofessional as they are something your meant to take Daily. Poor customer service”

“BEWARE when you make a purchase from Novomins they automatically sign you up to their monthly subscription service and withdraw money from your account. Their subscription cancellation service on their website does not work and they don't respond to emails and telephone calls.”

“I I placed an order on August 5, 2024, and paid for next-day delivery service. I was supposed to receive my package by Thursday as promised, but it has not arrived. To make matters worse, they haven't responded to my email. This is very poor customer service.”

“Some of the gummies I received are all dry and stuck together. Seems very strange considering they were all sealed. Taste is nice but not had them long enough to see if I see any benefits of using them.”

“This is terrible I didn’t sign up for a subscription and they are sending them and taking my money. I can’t contact them only by email which I have cancelled on and now they are asking am I happy with my purchase. NO I’m not cos I didn’t subscribe”
