It says that gummies contain sugar is this the case?

Dear Lyn, Thank you for contacting us. We offer both natural sugar gummies and sugar free gummies. Both of which are found on www.novomins.com. The main sweetness in our regular range comes from pectin, a soluble fibre. We also add a sprinkle of natural sugar and to put this into context, one adult serving of our regular range contains the same amount of sugar as a single red cherry.
