I brought the "Omega 369 gummies" off the back of a recommendation from a question I submitted on the "#FAQfriday!" email supplement.
My question was -
"During the coldest seasons, my skin gets very dry, flaky, and irritated. Are there any supplements that you would recommend for dry skin? On a day-to-day basis, I usually use a topical corticosteroid cream."
I'm on week 4 of taking Omega 369 gummies and I've seen improvements in my Skin.
Since having thyroid issues my skin hasn’t had that supple feeling that it had before. Due to my thyroid issue, I started using topical corticosteroid creams. This was to help with the dryness. But I didn't see a great improvement. Since taking Omega 369, I haven't been heavily reliant on topical corticosteroid creams. Even though I still have old post-inflammatory pigmentation around my body. This month I've seen fewer new eczema patches appearing. I hope with continued consumption of Omega 369 I shall have a lot less ezema pigmentation issues.
Over the past couple of weeks, I've also noticed I haven't broken out as much. A week before my period, I normally break out a lot. This month it hasn't been as excessive ( many new spots appearing). I don't know if it's down to taking the Omega369. However, I have to say this month has been different to other months. I haven't used anything different on my face or taken any other new supplements apart from the standard ones I take every day. Furthermore, I haven't been so dependent on using adapalene or Azelaic Acid.
I'm hoping with continued consumption of Omega 369 I will see more improvements in my acne and eczema. As I've seen such an improvement on my skin. My experience has been nothing but positive.
