The jacket was bought online and delivered from the factory in Yorkshire. It arrived unwearable with large dirty marks up the sleeve, on the cuff buttons, and all around the collar was filthy. I ran it into the shop in London and they took it for dry cleaning, it came back looking much better but the cuff buttons are discolored and need replacing. This stressful experience made me two hours late for my event all because the item was not checked before shipment.
