Unfortunately it was showing 'out of stock' when I tried to purchase it online so I used the 'email me when back in stock' function. I even phoned the London shop to enquire whether they had any stock left and the kind gentleman went out of his way to check stock levels. He was the one who suggested using the 'email me' option on the website. Thank goodness I did because not 10 days later I received an email informing me of availability and I was able to purchase that same day. The product arrived beautifully packaged as usual. I would strongly recommend this product to anyone who wears cashmere.”

“I went into your shop which is only two blocks from my apartment. There were no other customers there but the sales person was not interested in helping me. She was so slow, unprofessional and involved in her cell phone that I decided to walk out and order the item I wanted online, even though I would have to pay a shipping fee. Pretty sad!”
