“I was very excited to order my two sweaters when they arrived a lot of that excitement dissipated. Even on sale these two sweaters were pricey a- I was really surprised that they were thicker and a bit longer . I needed a nice black cardigan but this sweater is flimsy - not the N.Peal I know. The navy sweater is really short and I have to keep tugging at it to pull it down so that my midriff isn’t showing . I’ve bought from you many times but I’m not so sure I’d do it again. I certainly wouldn’t order on-line. You need to do better.”

“I love your styles and colors but unfortunately i regret to say that the qaulity of your cashmere has declined - it used to be much softer now it is much coarser.
Why dont you make a line for winter with a much softer cashmere? More brushing? Like loro piana does?
I am a client with i tolerance to wool and harsh fabrics so do need softer materials.”

“Great product and good value in the various sales they have. Sadly however despite the N.Peal London label there is another tiny label hidden within the washing instructions - made in China. I would rather pay more for something made in Scotland so i wont be buying from NPeal again. If it does nt matter to you where something is made then fine - but i felt a bit cheated for £700.”
