“Beautiful quality of the Ella superfine top. I ordered a x large as when I purchased the rollback jumper the large fitted well. Far to big though on for this style. The shape is too roomy under the armpits. I was tempted to swap for the Med but felt the body may be too small.”
“N.Peal remains one of my favourite places to buy men’s jumpers. The quality cashmere and blends of cashmere with silk or linen are all quite superior. I would however encourage introduction of new designs, patterns, relaxed fits and deep V-necks. The colours are lovely and unique and would like to see shades of yellow and red in next collection.”

“I received an email about the ongoing Summer Sale and noticed that the pullover from my recent order was now being offered at 30% off. As my order had been placed only a short time ago, I asked for a refund of the price difference as a gesture of goodwill, but this was denied.
I feel this reflects poorly on your customer service, as a simple price adjustment for a recent order would have been a reasonable and customer-friendly solution.”
