I would however encourage introduction of new designs, patterns, relaxed fits and deep V-necks. The colours are lovely and unique and would like to see shades of yellow and red in next collection.”

“I received an email about the ongoing Summer Sale and noticed that the pullover from my recent order was now being offered at 30% off. As my order had been placed only a short time ago, I asked for a refund of the price difference as a gesture of goodwill, but this was denied.
I feel this reflects poorly on your customer service, as a simple price adjustment for a recent order would have been a reasonable and customer-friendly solution.”
