“N Peal cashmere is outstanding and we have many garments, including some working pieces that go back years and are patched and darned!
I also give N Peal cashmere as gifts.
If I have one suggestion it is that we prefer classic styles and colours preferably V necked with a hint of wow factor.
The cashmere wash is perfect, little needed and coaxes even heavily used garments back to respectability.”

“I ordered a sweater for Christmas in early December and it arrived well before Christmas. I then ordered 3 different sweaters on December 17th. Today is the 24th and it seems they have not been delivered to FedEx for delivery, so it seems that a week before the holiday is not enough time to get it boxed and delivered to FedEx. It would have been good to have a better understanding of the timing so I could have chosen something more expeditious.”

Hi Maria, thank you for taking the time to share your feedback and I am very sorry to hear you have been left disappointed by your most recent order. Sadly at this time we are not able to provide gift wrap with our US orders, this is why this option was not available at checkout.
