We often visited the Brooke Street, Burlington Arcade and Sloan Square shops. I have a closet full of N. Peal cashmere garments. I always look forward to the next season's offerings. Their customer service is excellent for example when I wanted to order an item so it didn’t run out but wouldn’t be home when it was delivered and they kindly delayed despatch for a few days to accommodate this. Very helpful!!! Unlike a few other luxury brands I could mention where items have sat on the doorstep due to delivering early ie not quoted time and no way to delay or influence delivery.”
