“This is a lovely jumper , but unfortunately too small. It’s such a shame as it was actually an XL I ordered . If you look at their size chart a L is only a size 14/16. I am a size 14/16 and quite slim , chest 36e . A lot of the their clothes don’t even do XL. I wanted to order the cashmere pants in Smoke brown and the matching short sleeved top , but there is no point they will be too small. Why do you have to skimp so much on sizing N Peal. I usually order the large oversized sweaters so that’s ok , but it’s such a shame.”

I am currently trying to unpick a delivery problem which was created by my local
post office by them putting the wrong labels on 2 parcels sent via DPD, which has resulted in NPeal receiving a Vinted parcel and hopefully the Vinted customer getting my cashmere cardigan sent for an exchange.

“I have to say that I am quite disappointed with the overall quality of the cashmere compared with what I remember from N.Peal a few years ago. The cashmere simply does not feel like the same quality anymore, it is less soft and, unfortunately, I find many of the pieces slightly scratchy against the skin.
I also visited the physical store specifically to look for a turtleneck that I had tried on previously, hoping to find a similarly soft option. I tried several pieces, but the only cashmere that did not feel scratchy was the most expensive cashmere-and-silk version. Unfortunately, the fit was not very practical and the garment did not sit well when moving.
This is particularly disappointing from a brand that I associate with high-quality, luxurious cashmere. At these prices, I would expect the fabric to feel exceptionally soft and comfortable, not something where I have to move up to the most expensive option to find cashmere that does not itch.
On a positive note, my online order was delivered very quickly and efficiently, so thank you for that. However, overall, I feel that the quality of the cashmere is no longer what it used to be, which is a real disappointment.”
