“I love N.Peal but my most recent order took quite awhile to ship and when it arrived the box was acutally broken open on two sides and the sweater slid right out when I brought it inside - yikes! Not very secure and the item could have easily gotten lost, damaged or stolen. Luckily it was fine but perhaps sturdier boxes or more tape?”
