“I asked for a gift box but was told they are not sent with deliveries in the US. The customer service agent helping me, offered and then followed through to reach out to a NY store and have my order sent with a gift box. I was thrilled when both the sweater & gift box arrived. Thank you for the wonderful service that went with my gorgeous sweater.”
“The product is beautiful as always, I own a number of Npeal and each provide are wonderful and have provided years of service. My cmplaint with this order was the delivery, the box was damagaged, it was placed in a plastic bag and left at the end of my driveway. We get deliveries to the house all the time, so this was a bit disconcerting; but all is well that ends well.”

I was very unsure of the sizing so ordered a medium and large - I have since returned the large, I am a size 12 and the the medium is a good fit - the large swamped me. The sweater is really lovely and I am sure I will get a lot of wear from it.”
