For our EU orders, we ship from our store in Munich to give our EU customers a faster and less costly delivery than what we could provide shipping from here in the UK. You are more than welcome to place an order on our UK site though if this is what you'd prefer!
In terms of our manufactoring process, the majority of our garments are made in Inner Mongolia. Compared to other cashmere producing regions (Outer Mongolia, Tibet, Shaanxi Province, Iran, Afghanistan) this region of Inner Mongolia has outstanding cashmere characteristics and at the same time we can support a community – from goat right through to finished garment!

“I love your jumpers, and your on line service is really good, which is a blessed relief as your actualy shop staff are pretty awful. They have cornered the market in dismissive aloof behaviour even when I have gone in and obviously wanted to buy things and did buy things. I would put them as pretty much the worst service in the Bond st area. Its so bad its funny, like being in back in the 80s in the film pretty woman, in fairness it has a whiff of nostalgia about it and the joy of knowing that everyone is treated terribly, its not as if I look poor.”
