I love your jumpers, and your on line service is really good, which is a blessed relief as your actualy shop staff are pretty awful. They have cornered the market in dismissive aloof behaviour even when I have gone in and obviously wanted to buy things and did buy things. I would put them as pretty much the worst service in the Bond st area. Its so bad its funny, like being in back in the 80s in the film pretty woman, in fairness it has a whiff of nostalgia about it and the joy of knowing that everyone is treated terribly, its not as if I look poor.
