“I love your jumpers, and your on line service is really good, which is a blessed relief as your actualy shop staff are pretty awful. They have cornered the market in dismissive aloof behaviour even when I have gone in and obviously wanted to buy things and did buy things. I would put them as pretty much the worst service in the Bond st area. Its so bad its funny, like being in back in the 80s in the film pretty woman, in fairness it has a whiff of nostalgia about it and the joy of knowing that everyone is treated terribly, its not as if I look poor.”
“The cashmere is beautiful, fits true to size, and international shipping was fast. The sweaters have hardly pilled. I follow the care and wash instructions. The only area for improvement would be to include a darning sample for repairs since I invest in good cashmere to have it for life. I've requested darning samples fr customer service, response is pending.”
“I have been buying N Peal for the past 7+ years. The heavier cashmere sweaters hold up much better than the lighter weight. The colors are good. However, I am finding the prices to be high and the quality not as good as Loro Piana. Overall, very worth purchasing the heavier weighted sweaters and other clothing if it is on sale.”
