The cashmere is beautiful, fits true to size, and international shipping was fast. The sweaters have hardly pilled. I follow the care and wash instructions. The only area for improvement would be to include a darning sample for repairs since I invest in good cashmere to have it for life. I've requested darning samples fr customer service, response is pending.
