“i love the classic v neck, of which I have loits - it fits perfectly, and they do lovely colours. If you return anything, they refund you the day they receive the parcel - excellent. And the service where they will knit you eg. a classic v neck in one of their back catalogue clours (if available) is a treasure. The only annoyance is that if you take an online purchase back to eg the Burlington Arcade store, they can't refund you there and then - online and shops are not linked up.”

“Recently I have shopped more than 25 garment from N.peal, here comes with my review:
1. The garment quaility is excellent, super comfortable and nice.
2. The fit is different from garment style, I have difficulties to find the right fit since sometimes is small, sometimes medium, even sometimes large works pretty well.
3. Shipping service from UK with FedEx is sucks, since FedEx never on time and I have to spend serval days in a row just to wait the package to arrive.
4. No free return postage for customer who shopping more than 3000 euro is not generous. Every return on customer cost is not match the brand reputation since N.peal can sign a better deliver logistic company service with lower price compare with individual customer., and provide free return postage which many brands do just make customer life easier.
5. Sign up to get the discount is not working, since the validation email ever come to my mailbox serval times.
