Purchased jumper, it arrived. There was a snag on the shoulder. Sent it back, clearly asking for a replacement on returns form.
I received an e mail stating that a refund had been issued. A few minutes later an e mail was received asking if I wanted a replacement.
I rang NPeal the next day (by time I saw e mail previous day it was too late to phone). I was told they were out of stock and I was given a telephone number of Burlington shop to order direct from the shop.
