My eyes don't need drops nearly as much, and when they do get irritated, they recover much faster since I've been using NuLids. My only complaints are fairly minor. All LEDs on the device are non-functional. I don't like the recommended lubricant for the device, so I switched to OcuSoft foaming lid scrub.
