“Unfortunately, I wasn't able to get any improvement in my dry eye with Nulids after daily use for about four weeks. During the three weeks after I had ordered the device and was waiting for it to ship, I saw my eye doctor and he let me know that I didn't have clogged ducts, but my eyes aren't producing much oil. So perhaps my situation is not a good fit for Nulids. There's a 30 day guarantee, but it's not easy to find and you have to do it all on your own, no labels are provided and the requirements/steps provided by customer service sound like they are not inclined to easily accept returns. It would be nice for the business to make returns easy since that would improve their reputation. Between my experience with customer service, the cost and not getting results, I'd rate this a two star device for me, but I'm happy for others that found relief. I think eyelid scrubs would do a similar job (which also didn't help me).”
“New it really does work but you pay 300 bucks and the battery will not stay charged so in a year I have to buy a new one or just say bye-bye to new lids which I think that’s my answer. Bye-bye new lids.”

Quality of the device is cheap. Device has accumulated water on the inside and I’m worried it will short circuit soon.”

“I've been using the NuLids device with the gel for about 2weeks. I've noticed a marked improvement with my eyes. I was diagnosed with Blepharitis around 2015 and have used the Avenova cleansing spray since. I'm still using Avenova in the morning and NuLids in the evening. I've noticed that my eyes look and feel much better since adding the NuLids device & gel. I also still use warm eye compresses to help prevent any clogs.
