“I returned my unit because it was too abrasive feeling and uncomfortable. I followed the instructions and video. The tips are too abrasive for my eyes. It was getting to the point where I was lifting the unit away from my eye, so I didn't irritate it. I did not press the unit to my eye, as you instruct. Just not for my sensitive eyes. “The pump is not connected to the top. I called about it and they simply sent me another defective package. Sure I can open the top and try to get some out, but when I did I noticed how small an amount was inside. It is a fraudulent company regardless of all the false reviews on Amazon and elsewhere. This tiny bottle with practically nothing inside with a pump that is broken in every bottle is not worth $19 by any stretch of the imagination.”
