“I was wary of trying Nulids because I have a mild case of ocular rosacea. My ophthalmologist encouraged me to give it a try. I am so glad I did! I have severe dry eyes and have found my eyes less dry and swollen than usual. I now need to use less rewetting drops than I usually do. After using it for three weeks I have noticed that the Nulids treatment has been much more effective than using a heated compress on my eyes once per day. In fact, the heat treatment appeared to exacerbate my ocular rosacea but the Nulids treatmentdoes not. I am careful to use the Nulids device very gently on my eyelids. I also have found for me personally it is most gentle on my eyes if I use a squirt of the Nulids gel on the device tip for each eye (as opposed to one squirt for both eyes).”

“I don't think this product has a good value for the price that's charged. The charger that was sent did not work so I had to use my own charger. Even using my own charger the device doesn't hold a charge longer than one use. It's loud it's not super comfortable, I wouldn't recommend it”

“I returned my unit because it was too abrasive feeling and uncomfortable. I followed the instructions and video. The tips are too abrasive for my eyes. It was getting to the point where I was lifting the unit away from my eye, so I didn't irritate it. I did not press the unit to my eye, as you instruct. Just not for my sensitive eyes. For those people that like this unit, you are lucky to be able to use it. But if anyone out there knows they have sensitive eyes, I am letting you know that this will probably not be for you.”

“The pump is not connected to the top. I called about it and they simply sent me another defective package. Sure I can open the top and try to get some out, but when I did I noticed how small an amount was inside. It is a fraudulent company regardless of all the false reviews on Amazon and elsewhere. This tiny bottle with practically nothing inside with a pump that is broken in every bottle is not worth $19 by any stretch of the imagination.”
“I've been using the NuLids device with the gel for about 2weeks. I've noticed a marked improvement with my eyes. I was diagnosed with Blepharitis around 2015 and have used the Avenova cleansing spray since. I'm still using Avenova in the morning and NuLids in the evening. I've noticed that my eyes look and feel much better since adding the NuLids device & gel. I also still use warm eye compresses to help prevent any clogs.
