I've only been using NuLids for a couple of weeks, so it's too soon to see a real change. However, customer service is outstanding, and I'm finding the product really easy (and fast!) to use. So far I've noticed my glands "express" much easier than before. I'm hopeful I'll see improvement in dryness after a month's use!
