I returned my unit because it was too abrasive feeling and uncomfortable. I followed the instructions and video. The tips are too abrasive for my eyes. It was getting to the point where I was lifting the unit away from my eye, so I didn't irritate it. I did not press the unit to my eye, as you instruct. Just not for my sensitive eyes. For those people that like this unit, you are lucky to be able to use it. But if anyone out there knows they have sensitive eyes, I am letting you know that this will probably not be for you.
