I've been using NuLids for about 3 weeks now. I wasn't expecting miracles since I know I'll need to keep using it for longer to see significant results but my initial impression is extremely positive. I have noticed improvement in my mebomian gland dysfunction visually (they appear less clogged) and I have less foreign body sensation and stringy goop in my eyes. I haven't been able to wear contacts for years due to severe dryness. I thought I'd give them a try the other day to see if there was any improvement since staring the NuLids. I was able to comfortably wear them for several hours without using eye drops, which may not sound like a big deal, but it's huge! Normally I have discomfort immediately upon putting them in my eyes and have to use eye drops every 20 minutes. I think my dryness will continue to improve as I use NuLids for longer and I'm really hopeful and excited to think that I may be able to finally wear contacts again.
