I accidently input the wrong address when I ordered my laptop stand. Jaime at Obvus was very understanding and helpful in resolving the issue. She kept me updated on the shipping status. I haven't had a chance to use the stand yet, but I'm sure I'll love it - it was just what I was looking for!
