“Super-sturdy and attractive laptop stand. With shipping, this was a pricey purchase, but so far it has fulfilled expectations. The product shipped with a hex wrench. I'm assuming this is to loosen/tighten the adjustment tension, but there were no instructions, and for the life of me I can't see where this adjustment would take place. I ended up just strong-arming the stand into position. I expect this is a user issue :) but would have been good to have some more detail included.”
