Great customer service, awesome products. The only thing that would make the 5 stars is full customizability. Cannot change the touchpad on my Bluetooth folding keyboard to scroll up when I double swipe down and vice versa. It is stuck in the opposite direction. Also, there is no bump to indicate when your finger slides off of the touchpad onto the identically-feeling area above the touchpad. However, the laptop holder/stand is incredible! I feel way more ergonomic working on my computer every day. Thanks obVus!
