Really love the ethics of Omnes and I think the customer service is great. Sometimes due to the different materials that are used, clothes can have a different texture to what you might expect. That has only happened a couple of times for me however, and most times that I have to return clothes, it's just because they don't suit me. Love the sustainability of the clothes however, and I try to buy all my clothes from these sort of brands now.
