Loved the Thora dress, but DEFINITELY go with your true size and ignore their reccomendation. I could fit a whole arm down inside the dress. Once I exchanged for a 14 all was fine. However, the exchange process took a long time and throughout I only received only automated responses to my requests for updates. The parcel eventually arrived just less than 2 weeks later without any significant notice, or any communication/ confirmation about what was inside from Omnes.
