The order arrived quickly, however, returning items wasn’t as clear. Part of the website said that I should return using the return however there wasn’t one provided. I did get an email from customer support and they were able to direct me to the correct area, however I already hate online shopping so having to do all this to figure out a return a pair trousers makes me not even want to ‘just’ exchange them, but to get a refund instead
