I had ordered a dress for a wedding, it was small fitting so had to exchange it. The process was quite simple and the team were really helpful. I love that they have a WhatsApp where you can check on orders and get support. I love that they care about the environment but would love to see them ensure a living wage for workers in the supply chain.
