Kassy, was very patient and explained everything and would have got 5 star but for 1 alls, online form, as I was told I would not have to repeat myself. Yet the online form was a pain to follow as the page went all over up and down and to be fair I could not keep up with what area I was in. You also should have a note box for us to put in any extra info that would be relevant.
