The woman dealing with me (ref AD9) was fabulous - efficient, friendly, knew what she was doing, communicated well. However, I didn't enjoy being forced to listen TWICE to all the official stuff about making a claim etc - once when I first rang and before being directed to the required 'new claim' department and THEN having to listen to the whole lot all over again, even though a lot of it was totally irrelevant to a new claim. So top marks for individual once I got through but can't give 5 stars because not impressed with company phone policy
