Been waiting 4 weeks to get my car repaired,I know on the website it can take 72 hrs to get booked in. I have had to send the same set of photos twice, sent diagrams of vehicles regarding accident the get an email 2 weeks after to say they have been sent to the third parties insurance company, I just don’t get why everything is taking so long.
