Really difficult to get in touch. Can’t speak to anyone. Keep being referred back to insurer. Going round in circles. No clear answers. Should be able to speak to one department who should relay all information rather than have to constantly repeat it. Operator mp4 did what he could but I still can’t get in touch with relevant department . It’s so frustrating and very stressful .
