When asking for a hire car which is on my policy I was a little frustrated as at the start of my claim as was asked to contact One Call to put this in place, on doing so I was advised to go back to my insurer. I informed the One Call agent that I was advised to do it through them and they confirmed they could put this in place without me having to go back to my insurer so I felt I would be going round in circles. After explaining this to the agent there were then extremely helpful and answered all of my questions.
