All of the call handlers l spoke with were very good, but Sashcia, receives a special mention. She was my go too person and nothing was too much trouble. She recognised l was a vulnerable customer and treated my with patience and kindness and when l felt l was taking to much of her time, she reasssurred me saying that l take all the time l need. She is a star who spoke to me with respect, kindness, and supported me through all the questions l had with regards to checking where my car was and arranged that l could go and pick up a cursity car.
