Overall I was very happy with the quality of service and helpfulness that I received by AC3 today. .The only thing that stopped me giving 5 stars was that I had to call at least 15 times before getting to speak to anyone (I was automatically cut off each time which is rather frustrating but this was not the fault of AC3.
