My car was damaged on 07/02/25 in Asda carpark, there was CCTV footage, however, you did not retrieve it It is now 28/04/25 and i have still not received the outcome I payed £400 excess on 18/02/25 which i am expecting to be refunded back to me I have been on your "live chat", wrote my message, however, it was not replied to I am thoroughly dissatisfied with your company and the way i have been treated There is no email address to submit my complaint, therefor, no paper trail for my records; this is not acceptable in the slightest I, 100%, would not recommend you It would be nice to get a response from you, however, i am not holding my breath
